We had a limited budget but still had to produce an event that represented the high profile status that it had been given with senior managers arriving from all over Europe.

With the use of clever lighting the set was transformed to produce a different feel for the evening dinner.

Xcelerate Productions provided all the technical equipment for this event. We also designed the stage set from visuals provided by the client.

Event Name - G6 - October 2006

We were contracted via the IND Events team to produce the G6 Summit at Ettington Park in Stratford. This event was very high profile because not only the Home Secretary John Reid was present; there were also five of his European counterparts attending as well.

The security around the event was incredible and involved over 350 police officers. With security being so tight it meant that it was very difficult to get equipment on site so pre planning was crucial.

The event involved a main conference room with 16 senior ministers around the table and a further 30 people advising the ministers. Because of the various languages we provided simultaneous translation for 5 different languages.

In addition to the main meeting room we had to build two marquees one for the press conference that was televised live and a second marquee for the 100 press that turned up to report on the event.

Event Name – NAM Conference

This event was held at the London Hilton Metropole for 300 people. The event was a one day conference and we had a limited amount of time for the build.

We used a single screen stage set. The event was enhanced with the use of voting buttons provided by Group Dynamics to provide instant feed back on various subjects through out the day and also provide some fun with a quiz at the end of the event.
