finding is approached from a technical and logistics
aspect. Xcelerate has no tie-ins with any hotel
or venue so complete impartiality is provided from the
start. Venue billing through Xcelerate can be
provided as part of the service.

Support Services
To
get the most from your speakers, you may at times want
to script the messages. This
can ensure that your key messages are delivered ‘on brand’
but can also assist nervous speakers.
Speaker training can be provided in advance of the events
in your own offices or during rehearsals – whichever is
preferred.
Speaker support services includes presentation graphics
in PowerPoint formats. Branded templates
for your event are provided as standard to either send
out to your speakers in advance or for Xcelerate or produce.
